Fandom Concepts may have the perfect opportunity for you! We are looking for Operators who will independently operate Fandom Concepts Kiosks from approximately November through early January.
As an Operator, you will be responsible for helping every guest find the perfect gift. You will be sales-focused, have a strong drive to succeed, and be committed to being present and active within your Kiosk on a day-to-day basis. You must also have strong merchandising skills, and the ability to follow a planogram and detailed merchandising direction.
You should have experience in retail management or have left the “corporate” environment behind to work for yourself. This is also a perfect opportunity for entrepreneurs who have left the workforce but remain excited by retail.
At Fandom Concepts, we provide a low upfront cash deposit opportunity with potential for growth based on performance. We require a deposit for the fixtures and merchandise that we provide. We offer pop-up Kiosks that operate on a short-term basis, with kiosks and sometimes inline stores that operate only during the busy holiday season. We maximize profits while not incurring losses during low traffic months.
We will provide you with a completely custom drawing of the space, assign a product assortment to maximize sales, and plan fixture assortment. We will also track and report your sales performance, pay out a weekly draw, pay high commission on gross sales and offer end of term bonuses if goals are met. Commission rates are set in partnership with the Operator and are locked in for the duration of the season.
You must also be able to physically assemble a kiosk or store, sometimes needing to do so overnight. You must pass a background check, have reasonably good credit, and have the funds required to get started.
Pay is sales based and results driven. The more you sell the more you earn with no cap on your commission potential. Come and make more in two months than some people make in an entire year!
